- decorative chrome plating::
metal plating using any anti-corrosion coating systems with surprising decorative
appearance and high corrosion resistance. Applied to the substrates of iron, steel
(except for stainless), copper alloys, zinc alloys and, with a certain Cu portion, aluminium alloys. Substrate preparation by grinding, brushing, polishing (all as agreed with the customer). DCr is a combination of multi-layer coating consisting of the following:
Cu coating of cyanide bath 5 - 8 µm ( pre-copper plating )
Cu coating of glossy acid bath 10 - 15 µm ( copper plating )
Ni coating of semi-gloss acid bath 10 - 15 µm ( semi-gloss nickel plating )
Ni coating of gloss acid bath 5 - 10 µm (gloss nickel plating)
Cr coating of gloss decorative bath 0.3 - 1 µm

Other combinations of the coatings mentioned above may be supplied as required. Electrolytically deposited coatings NICKEL - CHROME and COPPER - NICKEL - CHROME pursuant to ÈSN EN 12540

We apply abrasion resistant chromium coatings to new parts, renovate old parts, we also ensure mechanic machining. Steel substrate, including stainless steel.

Moreover, we perform water and bath analyses, waste water and electrolyte disposal,
including cyanides; we design, produce and insulate attachments with BLASOPLAST, remove old coatings, perform grinding,
brush polishing.

- grinding and polishing of pipes and bars before surface finish
We renovate old chrome coatings on automotive parts (old-timers), including removal of old coatings, grinding, polishing and chrome plating. |
We offer grinding and polishing of pipes, diameter from 16 mm to 60 mm, length from
200 mm to 3000 mm on a special grinding machine using grinding tools. As a result of this technologic process,
pipes are prepared for all types of galvanizing – gloss chrome, gloss nickel, gold titanium, etc. We are able to
provide such a surface finish too. Grinding of bars, diameter from 4 mm to 40 mm, length up to 500 mm.
